PETS: Pets are allowed at all properties. There are no
weight limits and no deposit required. The only restriction we have is that we no longer allow pit
bulls.
To have a pet, you must
sign an agreement and pay a $25 fee per month per pet for the
first 12 months you are here, then you don't pay it anymore.
LEASES: The prices
above are for our normal one year leases ending July
31st. We do have shorter term leases available ending December 31st and May 15th for
an additional $25/month (added to the rent listed
